By using the App you confirm that you have read and accept all of these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

- Capturing and recording ideas
- Managing and organizing note content

While using the App, you must not:
- Violate any law, regulation, or public morals
- Infringe the intellectual property or other lawful rights of others
- Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App
- Use the App to carry out any unlawful activity
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the App — including but not limited to interface design, program code, icons, and names — belongs to the developer.
Intellectual property in the notes you create with the App belongs to you.
5. Disclaimers
The App is not liable for:
- Service interruptions caused by force majeure
- Data loss caused by circumstances on your side, such as device failure or system updates
- Problems caused by third-party services

The developer may revise these terms as needed. Revised terms will be published on this page, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
